Your enquiry details.
When you start a PayPal checkout, send an enquiry, request to buy or make an offer, the site saves your name, email, optional phone number, the piece reference, your message, any offer amount and your collection preference. The date and a reference are also saved. PayPal checkout records also store the expected amount, payment status, transaction references and verified payment updates.
How they are used
Sheyi N. Lisk-Carew uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss an offer and arrange a viewing, collection or purchase. Your details and offer amounts are visible in the private owner area. Other buyers cannot see them.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. The site checks repeat submissions to help prevent spam. Essential sign-in is used for the owner area; browsing and enquiring do not require a buyer account.
Questions or removal requests
Contact onliskcarew@gmail.com, quoting your enquiry reference where possible, to ask about your saved details or request removal.
Purchases and collection
An online request or offer is reviewed by Sheyi. Price, availability, collection and payment are agreed directly before a purchase is confirmed. Collection in person is the default. Other arrangements require prior agreement. Eligible fixed-price pieces can be paid for on PayPal. PayPal processes your payment and sends a verified status notification to this site. The site does not receive or store your card details or PayPal password. We check the receiving account, order, amount and currency before recording a completed payment. A browser return alone does not confirm payment. Pieces are held for 30 minutes during checkout; late payments or conflicting availability require a personal check. Refunds and reversals are retained for review before a piece is relisted.
